Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

About the service

Hamster Cut Clips offers online video editing. Customers share a footage link and tell us what they need through the website; our editors handle the rest. Pricing is calculated automatically from the video length you request.

Ordering and payment

Payment is required before work begins, per the flow shown at checkout (deposit or full amount, depending on the step). Payment is by PromptPay bank transfer with a slip attached for review. We don't currently accept credit cards or other payment methods.

Turnaround time

Turnaround depends on the package selected, counted from when payment clears and we have your complete footage and brief. If footage or details arrive later, or are incomplete, the timeline may extend accordingly.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of free revisions, shown on that package's page. Need more than that? Reach out to your editor in the order's chat and we'll work something out case by case.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself any time before paying. Already paid and need to cancel? Message us in chat. Staff can cancel a job at any stage before the final file is delivered; refunds are handled directly by our team on a case-by-case basis.

File delivery

Previews and final files are delivered through the website only. The final, unwatermarked file unlocks for download once payment is complete.

Ownership

Once payment is complete, you own the rights to the finished video. We keep the right to feature the work in our portfolio on this site unless you tell us you'd rather we didn't.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to deliver quality work on time, but we aren't responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Please keep your own backup of your original footage.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the service evolves. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
