Your name, email, and phone number (if provided) via account sign-up, plus order details, footage links, chat messages with our team, and the payment slip images you upload to confirm a transfer.
How we use it
To fulfill your order, communicate about the work, verify payment, and send progress notifications. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.
Third-party services we use
We rely on outside providers to run the site: Clerk (accounts), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 and UploadThing (file storage), Resend (email), Pusher (realtime chat), and Google Gemini (automated first-pass payment slip checks). Each only sees what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected].
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is restricted to the systems that need it. Final delivered files are only reachable by the order's owner, and only after payment is complete.
